    When you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message, plus a phone number if you choose to provide one.

  2. How we use it

    We use this information only to respond to and manage your inquiry. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

  3. Processing and retention

    Submitting the form does not create a separate NovaForensic database or CRM record solely for the submission. The information is transmitted and processed through the site's email and anti-abuse providers, including services used to deliver the message and prevent spam. It may remain in business email and service logs only for as long as needed to handle the inquiry or meet legal obligations.

  4. Security

    We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information. No online transmission or service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
